Deck is ideal for enjoying an evening outdoors while watching the fishing boats come and go, as well as barbecue time or just plain relaxing. Master bath features an oversize tub for luxurious baths. A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED

Pet deposit $125. 5 day cancellation prior to arrival date or forfeiture of deposit. Short term rental tax charged on rentals of Less than 30 days no tax on rentals over 30 days
Holiday Weeks, July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor day Weekly rentals only and a $100 per week surcharge applies. Winter rates monthly rentals only and one month cancellation notice.
