The Gulf County, Florida 3rd Quarter 2026 Single Family Home statistics are just out and I wanted to get them to you as soon as possible. Gulf County saw a solid jump in closed sales this quarter, here’s what the numbers reveal. 📊
Closed sales for single-family homes hit 158 in Q3 2026, up 7.5% compared to last year. The median sale price reached $500,000, marking a strong 20.5% year-over-year increase. Average sale price rose 21.1% to $733,451, and overall dollar volume soared 30.1% to nearly $116 million. 🏡
Inventory shifted as well: the months supply dropped to 9.1, and active listings ended at 399, slightly less than last year. Sellers received a median 93.9% of their original list price. These stats signal buyers are still active, prices are moving up, and local homeowners have options and these trends offer valuable insight for your next step. 💡
