Birthdays and anniversaries are on my mind today! Happy 50th anniversary from July 24th to Lanier and Susan. They celebrated with over a week in Alaska with their 3 kids-Zac, Jeni, and Gib! I hear it was the trip of a lifetime! Everyone flew back home yesterday in time to celebrate Zac’s birthday at home today. Happy birthday to you, Zac! We love you so much!! 💗☀️🌊

The surf is still high, the wind is whipping, but the sun is shining and all is well for us here on Indian Pass! A wallet was found in front of the inn yesterday morning. A neighbor took it to the sheriff’s office this morning. If you know anyone who is staying near the inn this week and has lost a wallet, they can go claim it in Port St Joe!

☀️ Some of our favorite mornings of the year happen in July.
The beach is quiet. The Gulf is warm. The days seem to stretch on a little longer, and somehow there's never any rush to get to the next thing.
🐬 Enjoy coffee while watching for dolphins, wander the shoreline looking for shells, read a book under a beach umbrella, or simply watch the sunset and realize there's still enough daylight left for one more walk.
🏖️ Whether you're dreaming of waking up in our adults-only beachfront inn or enjoying the extra space and privacy of one of our cottages, we still have a few July openings available.

Wake up with a cup of coffee and take a stroll down to the beach to see if any sea turtle hatchlings made their journey to the Gulf overnight. Then rinse off in the outdoor shower and join us for a homemade Southern-style breakfast that will keep you satisfied well into the afternoon.
Spend the day on the beach with your complimentary chairs, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Indian Pass. When evening rolls around, head out for an early dinner at Pomodoro Italian Grill & Bar, Up the Creek Raw Bar, The Fish Market, or Hole in the Wall. You’ll be finishing your meal just as everyone else is settling in for a two-hour wait!
After dinner, return to the inn for a sunset beach walk. If you’re lucky, Katherine may even have some of her light-as-air tea cakes waiting for you to sneak upstairs. 😊
Every Sunday, we also host our complimentary Charcuterie & Drinks Night—a favorite tradition for many of our guests.
