Stepped On A Pop-Tart. Once you see this place, you will understand exactly why it is unforgettable.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sits inside Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas, and it is 120 steps to the beach. No streets to cross. No cars to dodge. Just you, the boardwalk, and the Gulf of Mexico.

The views from the master balcony and living room are unobstructed gulf and beach. The neighborhood pool sits right on the water. There are two gas grills on the screened porch if you catch something worth frying. The master suite has a king bed, a garden tub, and a private deck that was basically built for watching sunsets. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Pets are welcome. The place has been updated top to bottom, including new hardwood floors, new furniture, new A/C, and the only water filtration system in all of Barrier Dunes so you are not hauling cases of water from the store. Fresh water from the TAP!
