Volunteer Opportunity. 🐶🫶🏻

It takes a village to provide compassionate care for senior dogs every day. 🐾😇

At Gray Muzzle Project, every meal prepared, every dog walked, every volunteer shift covered, and every behind-the-scenes task completed helps create the stable, loving environment our dogs deserve.

We’re currently looking for support in the following roles:

🐾Caretakers — Help oversee each dog's daily needs including: giving medications, feeding, cleaning, and enrichment Training will be provided.

🐾Dog Walkers — Help keep our dogs moving, engaged, and enjoying fresh air.

🐾Dog Food Chef — Help prepare fresh, homemade meals for our dogs in the comfort of your own kitchen.

🐾Operations Support — Help keep the sanctuary clean and organized by helping with dishes, laundry, and one-off projects.

🐾Community Engagement Lead — help connect GMP with local businesses, events, and supporters

More volunteers means more support for the dogs already in our care — and greater capacity to help future senior dogs in need.

Welcome to Port Angeles’ favorite summer tradition! Here is a look at this year's Concerts on the Pier series presented by Strait View Credit Union / Great NorthWest Federal Credit Union

Join us every Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the stunning Port Angeles City Pier for free live music, great food, and community fun.

This year’s performances run from June 24th – August 26th, 2026. These performances are completely FREE TO ATTEND! And we have BONUS performances for you on July 19th and July 31st.

Relax with friends, enjoy a vibrant beer and wine garden, and experience breathtaking views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca—all while supporting local arts and culture.

Rain or shine, the music plays on! In case of extreme weather, concerts will move to the Gateway Transit Center.

Port Townsend PRIDE 2026 is happening today at Pope Marine Park from noon to 5:00 PM.

Rain or shine, we're showing up for our 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Pride is about more than perfect weather. It's about visibility, belonging, love, resilience, and community. Today is a chance to come together, celebrate our neighbors, support local q***r artists and performers, and show our 2SLGBTQIA+ friends, family members, and community members that they are valued, welcomed, and loved.

Besides, you can't make a rainbow without a little rain.
