Driftless Camp #1 is in the books! 🏕️🤼

What an incredible group of wrestlers to kick off the summer.

Days 2 & 3 were filled with a lot of wrestling and a whole lot of fun. A huge thank you to Seth Gross and his Matpac Wrestling crew for joining us and doing such a great job with the kids throughout camp.

We had an awesome Match Night presented by Dirt Monkey Excavating where the campers scrapped hard and got after it. Afterward, everyone refueled with a spaghetti and chicken alfredo dinner before wrapping up the night.

Day 3 brought even more fun with a football game on the Driftless field, hard wrestling, a pop-a-shot basketball tournament, and a pizza party sendoff with our Driftless families.

This experience wouldn’t be possible without our incredible staff who kept camp running smoothly and poured into these kids both on and off the mat:
Justice Davis, Mariah Holden, Paul Holden, Landen Johnson, Keno Vanier, Patrick Kubisa, and Gage Gross.

Day 1 at Driftless is in the books. What a day of working hard and playing hard.

We kicked things off on the mats learning and competing from the 2-on-1 position, giving campers their first chance to train together, challenge themselves, and start building friendships.

After practice, it was time to enjoy everything the ranch has to offer with some pool and hot tub time before heading back for our evening session.

The evening session was led by World Team Member Seth Gross, who introduced the tilt series that helped him capture his NCAA title. Coach Seth absolutely crushed it and even brought members of his Matpac Wrestling ND crew to roll with the campers.

We wrapped up the night with our classic Driftless s’mores campfire. Nothing beats sitting around the fire with teammates while overlooking a couple albino elk and a Texas longhorn 🔥

Long day. Rewarding day. Proud of the effort, attitude, and energy these kids brought from start to finish.

Day 2 is already in full swing. Back to the ranch

We are beyond excited to welcome our first group of campers this weekend and officially kick off another summer at Driftless Ranch Wrestling Camps!

📧 Reminder for all Driftless parents: If your camper is officially registered, you should have received an email containing your camp itinerary, packing list, check-in/check-out details, and other important information.

Fired up to bring NCAA All-American and Iowa Hawkeye Angelo Ferrari to Driftless Ranch (6/26-6/28) to close out the summer.
