Some of you have already noticed the signs at Prosser Rentals stating that we are relocating. Yes, it’s true!

After 22+ years I have decided to retire and I am happy to announce that the rental operations are moving to Vine Tech equipment.

Jack and his staff are centrally located between Prosser and Grandview at 169208 W King Tull Rd, Prosser, WA 99350. The plan is for them to be in operation the 1st week of March. The current phone number will still work in the future for booking rentals and the same great Staff of Jon and Edward will be there to assist you.

I thank all of the customers that we have enjoyed serving in the past and a huge thank you to Bob Simi, Jon West and Edward Castilleja for making it all possible. They we not just staff but friends! And a huge thank you to my Wife for all the support for the last 40 years!

We have moved to our winter hours which are Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Fall is upon us, Now is the time to aerate your yard while the soil is moist and the grass is still actively growing. Water after aeration, apply fertilizer, and overseed to help the new grass establish. DON'T aerate dry or muddy soil, remove the soil cores, or mow immediately after aeration; instead, make at least two passes with the aerator for a thorough job. AFTER AERATION, DON’T:

Don’t mow the lawn within 10 days after aeration. (Aerating) is stressful to the lawn in the short term and healthy in the long term; cutting the lawn directly after causes more stress and can cause damage.
Don’t pick up the cores. You should leave the plugs on the lawn’s surface. The plugs will break down soon enough and provide plenty of nutrients to the turf.

A trailer is included with the rental, so no worries about having to pick up the aerator to load it.
