Good morning! Getting ready for Prosser's States Day parade tomorrow and we are your parade HQ for all things coffee and food related. Quick story for those new to town - why do we call it States Day around here? Because the wheat harvest is in, and it's time to come down the hills, put on a sticker with your home state on it, and have some food and drink with everybody you have been too busy to see (Sorry winemakers and fruit growers... but we do still have the beer it takes to make wine plus it rained today anyway)
Anyway, We've done this crazy thing a few times before and trying a somewhat new system to get folks in and out relatively quickly with their most important items (namely, the life sustaining nectar that is coffee). If all goes to plan, expect something similar for the Saturday of balloon rally weekend.
So, we have two lines and you can choose your own adventure (see that book reference we did there). Anyway, 5 gallon pots of coffee on the back bar with all kinds of goodies for quick service. Full menu and all the Espresso, Breakfast Sandwiches, Biscuits and Gravy, Big Trains, Lotus, Red Bulls, etc. at the main counter. Come back after the parade for a mimosa or a beer. Any way you decide to go - it's all good.
