Founded in 1969 by Robert Redford, Sundance Resort is a five-star hotel that has been recognized among the top resort destinations in the world by both Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines. Featuring 100 intimate and elegantly rustic suites, cottages and homes, Sundance offers a quiet, casual and relaxing escape from the larger resorts in the area. Our boutique resort is wonderfully tucked away on 6,000 picturesque acres of wilderness in the shadow of Utah's 12,000-foot Mt. As the perfect place to feel at one with nature and revitalize mind and body, Sundance is committed to being a haven for discovery and inspiration. This is a special place for guests to experience a wide range of pursuits — from exploring the arts to outdoor recreation and mountain activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and fly fishing. The Native American-inspired Spa at Sundance and award-winning dining experiences focused on locally sourced, farm-to-table cuisine round out the “Sundance Experience.”

Situated just 55 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport and 45 minutes from Park City, Sundance is the ideal sanctuary: easy to reach, yet worlds apart.

Join us Saturday, November 7, for an intimate w**e-paired dinner in the Tree Room Library, with a seasonal Tree Room menu paired with a selection of Soter w**es. An evening of food, w**e, and a shared connection to place.

Snow is usually Craig Gordon's department. This summer, it was steel and cable. Craig came up for a look at the Electric Horseman and a few good stories. With the project nearing its final stage, Craig may be back again. He always does his pre-season preparation before first snowfall.
