We were REEL excited to be part of the fun today! 🎣🎃🐟

We had such a great time at Home Matchmaking Realty's 4th Annual Trunk or Treat!

We traded in the traditional candy bowls for a little fishing adventure, and it was so much fun watching the kids fish for candy and prizes! 🍬

We love getting involved in our community, supporting our fellow local businesses, and seeing so many families come together for a fun afternoon!

A big thank you to Home Matchmaking Realty for putting together another wonderful event and inviting BODA Property Solutions to be part of it! 💙

⭐️ First guests. First review. FIVE STARS! ⭐️

Talk about starting off on the right foot! 🌴

One thing we've always believed is that a successful vacation rental starts long before the first guest checks in.

It's all about thoughtful preparation, attention to detail, and creating a space where guests feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Slice of Paradise was set up for success right out of the gate, and this review is such a wonderful reflection of that!

A little extra comfort for some very deserving paws 🐾💙

Today we dropped off over 100 towels and a bunch of blankets at one of our favorite places to support, the Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County!

As we refresh linens at our Boda homes, we often have towels and blankets that still have plenty of life left in them, even if they’re ready to retire from guest stays. We love knowing they can help keep shelter animals comfortable while they wait for their families.

The team is always so appreciative, and getting to love on some of the animals ready for adoption made today’s visit even sweeter!

During our visit, we learned that foster homes are especially needed while they work through renovations. If you’ve been thinking about fostering, now would be a wonderful time to reach out. And if you’re ready to add a new family member, go meet some of the sweet faces waiting there. ❤️

You can also check their website for current donation needs and wish lists. There are so many ways to help this wonderful organization right here in our community!

Made for gathering. 🌴✨

Some trips are simply better when everyone gets to come along.

Cape Luxe was made for those moments—multi-family vacations, reunions, milestone celebrations, or simply getting your favorite people together under one roof.

With plenty of room to spread out, a private infinity pool, expansive outdoor living, a large dock, theater, game spaces, outdoor kitchen and beautiful waterfront views, there’s just as much space to come together as there is to unwind.

Because the best part of a great vacation isn’t always where you go—it’s who you get to share it with. 💙

More space. More moments. More memories. Welcome to Cape Luxe.

Let’s talk about the bed. 🛏️

It may seem like a simple part of a vacation rental, but the bedroom can have a huge impact on both bookings and the guest experience.

Our approach? Start with the things that matter most: a comfortable mattress, quality white sheets and linens, plenty of fluffy pillows, and a space that feels exceptionally clean. Then layer in personality with quilts, throws, accent pillows and décor that photographs beautifully and gives the home its own character.

Because guests aren’t just looking at how many bedrooms a property has—they’re imagining themselves climbing into that bed after a full day of vacation. 🌴

Comfort. Cleanliness. Presentation.

So tell us… what’s the ONE thing that makes a vacation-rental bed feel amazing to you? 👇
