We are taking over as the GC on an 800 sq. ft. luxury wellness retreat inside a log home on a 10-acre estate in Purcellville, VA. The space is a walkout basement featuring a newly cut direct exterior opening. This is a unique, premium build and a great opportunity to showcase your company’s high-end capabilities for your portfolio.
High-End Construction Elements:
Sauna, steam room, and an in-ground cold plunge.
Continuous flagstone flooring with in-floor radiant heating.
Natural stone half-walls and wood slat ceilings.
Overhead rain curtain system and two wooden soaking tubs.
Heated hammam stomach stone table.
Bridal prep suite with vanities.
Current Status & Immediate Needs:
The project is currently at the rough-in stage with complete blueprints ready for review. We need licensed framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and tile professionals to correct a few existing rough-in issues and take the project to the finish line. Our immediate Phase 1 priority is getting a guest-accessible bathroom and hallway fully operational. Once the new trades are aligned, our goal is to move as fast as possible to completion.
Site Visits & Bidding:
We have open calendar availability Monday through Thursday to host site walks. You can review the blueprints, inspect the current rough-in, and provide a bid for your specific scope of work.
Terms:
We pay immediately upon completion of your specific scope and successful Loudoun County inspection. Message with your trade specialty and which day Monday–Thursday works best for a site visit.
