We had an awesome Hero Day at Tohickon Family Campground this past Saturday! Thank you so much Haycock Fire Company #1 and Richlandtown Fire Co. for bringing your fire safety fun, games, and knowledge to share with our campers and community! 🚒 FUN: Fire truck tours, fire safety demonstrations, educational fire safety games, meet your local firefighters
💲 FREE ADMISSTION - We're offering this event for free to our campers and local community so that we can show up big to support both the Haycock and Richlandtown Fire Companies who do so much for our community. Please bring your cash donations to support our local heroes.

🚒This weekend at Tohickon Campground, we're honoring our local heroes who help keep our community safe!

The Haycock and Richlandtown Fire Companies will be visiting us from 10am - 1pm and are excited to share their fire safety knowledge including:
🚒 Fire truck tours
🧯 Fire safety demonstrations
🎯 Fun and educational fire safety games
👨‍🚒 Meet your local firefighters (they love to answer your fire safety questions)

Admission is FREE, but we'll be collecting donations to support both of these incredible fire companies that do so much for our community.

The fire company visit from 10am - 1pm is open to the public. All other activities and the use of our pool are for our camping guests only.

🦕 A “dino”mite weekend was had by all at Tohickon Family Campground this past weekend! The weather was beautiful, the pool was the popular hangout spot, and we had Jurassic amounts of dinosaur themed fun! 🦖

Next weekend is our Hero weekend! Our local firefighters will be joining us from 10am - 1pm! They’ll have fire truck tours, water games, and a cool demonstration! We can’t wait for another great weekend at Tohickon Family Campground! ⛺️ Comment below if you’re joining us!

Hey Campers! Here's a reminder of what we have going on at Tohickon Campground today.

10:00am - Arts and Crafts are going on right now in the barn
11:00am - Hayrides (meet outside the store)
12:30pm - Jurassic Hunt (start at the store)
1:00pm - Fossil Dig (next to pool)
1:30pm - Dinosaur Races (pool)
2:00pm - 4:00pm - Waterslide (pool)
7:30pm - Cash Bingo (barn) (First number drawn at 8:00pm - $10 for 10 games)

All activities are weather permitting.
