Putting the finishing touches on a long-overdue remodel of our standard motel rooms. Just completed what needed to be done to all of the rooms at the same time: removed walls, installed a combination kitchenette/vanity, new flooring, new paint and new ductless mini-split HVAC that crank out the cold air! Updating furniture and bathrooms will happen a room at a time as occupancy permits. Before/after pics shown.
