Whew. 👀

So many women reach 40, 50, 60 and start comparing themselves to a previous version of themselves.

The old body.
The old hair.
The old energy.
The old face.
The old life.

But what if this season isn’t asking you to go BACK?

What if it’s asking you to become acquainted with the woman standing in front of you NOW?

Maybe the question isn’t:

“How do I get the old me back?”

Maybe it’s:

“Who is the woman I’m becoming—and what does SHE need now?”

Your hair may change.
Your body may change.
Your priorities may change.
Your image may change.

That doesn’t mean you’ve lost yourself.

Before you buy another product because “MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT!” 😩😂

First figure out what you’re actually looking at.

Shedding and breakage are NOT the same thing.

Shedding generally involves the entire strand releasing from the scalp.

Breakage happens somewhere along the hair shaft.

And that distinction matters because they can point you toward very different questions about what may be happening with your hair.

Don’t panic.
Don’t self-diagnose from one TikTok.
And don’t throw 14 new products at it. 😂

Identify what you’re seeing FIRST.
