Seeking talent for Psychwire project - Washington DC area - NU - between July 6–11, 2026

Greetings everyone! NEW PROJECT JUST IN! SELF TAPES ARE REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION!

Here is what we know/need:

Location - Washington DC area

Dates - between July 6–11, 2026

Rate - $1000 per talent (less our fees) includes session and usage.

Usage - All footage will be used exclusively within professional training programs hosted on the Psychwire platform. The content sits behind a paid subscription paywall and is accessible only to verified mental health professionals for educational purposes. In perpetuity buyout

Context/Talent: This training program focuses on helping clinicians adapt evidence-based treatment approaches to better meet the needs of neurodivergent clients. As such, we are specifically seeking actors who are autistic and/or have ADHD and who feel that their lived experience may help inform authentic portrayals of clients in educational clinical demonstrations.
Selected talent will be filmed working alongside an expert psychologist in a supportive and inclusive environment. These demonstrations are designed to teach clinicians practical skills and will involve simulated therapy conversations rather than dramatic or emotionally intensive acting scenarios. Talent will not be asked to disclose personal medical information, though those selected will draw on relevant aspects of their lived experience to inform their performance.
Client note: We are always very grateful and respectful if talent do choose to use their own real experiences to base their auditions or performances off, but there is no requirement for them to do so and we would never want them to feel that they need to reveal any more about themselves than whatever they are 100% comfortable with. Names and specific stories will always be changed if that eases any concerns, and any real stories or events can be woven in with improvised or altered details. Really the talent can share as much or as little about themselves as they want, and if at any point they felt they had said something they regretted or shouldn’t have mentioned we will remove it in editing with no questions asked.

Client is open to talent, any ethnicity, males or females, ages 18 and up.

Seeking additional talent for military PSA project - Various locations & dates - NU

Greetings everyone! We are seeking more talent for our upcoming project! We have MANY roles to be filled for this production! Here are the details that we know at this time:

Scope: PSAs on 15 topics for the US Army. Each topic will get its own :59 and :29 second version of that same video.

Locations: TBD but looking like Ft Lee in Richmond

Rate per talent will be a minimum of $150 per day. No travel or other compensation is being offered.

Usage: Public service announcement for Army internal and external use (website, social media and tradeshows).

Choice Hotels shooting in Charlottesville, VA on July 22nd. Its a lifestyle photo and video shoot showing talent enjoying their time at a Choice Hotel (checking in, eating breakfast, etc). We are looking to cast the following non-union talent.

Usage: Usage for 2 years from first date of use per market for unlimited Electronic Media (digital) for USA, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean.

Half day- either 7/8,7/9 or 7/10

Location: Charlottesville or Richmond

Usage: all channels, in perpetuity

Rate: $500 less agency fee

NOTES: Talent will need to bring wardrobe and other own hair/makeup. Clean, neutral nails. Talent will be required to taste the all natural remedy for acid reflux. Lemon ginger or berry flavored.

Video Submission Instructions:

Slate with first and last name, which role, and then go into the following actions. (They have not specified any speaking lines but if you want to ad lib, you can!)
The Pain: Start the video showing yourself in mid-discomfort. You’ve just eaten and the acid reflux is hitting. Show us that "burn" and aggravation.
The Action: Grab a bottle and spoon (anything in your kitchen works!). Squeeze the bottle onto the spoon, take it, and swallow.
The Relief: Show us that instant "Aah" moment. The pain is gone, and you feel complete relief.

Please do 2 takes of your actions and consolidate any multiple takes into 1 video file. Submit your 1 video file labeled as your first and last name to [email protected] no later than 9 pm on Tuesday 6/2 (sooner is better).

Here is what we know/need:

Project: Bubba Burger

Location: Richmond VA

Rate $950 session & usage (less any fees)

Usage: Social only. Perpetual use.

Talent needed: Males - HEIGHT of 6’5 or more! NOTE - talent will need to be clean shaven for this shoot. Additionally, talent should be prepared to be in LATEX prosthetic makeup and costume if selected.

Submission Instructions: (NOTE - this is meant to be a low key - almost boring conversation - so avoid any over the top performances)
Slate first and last name
Pan head to toe shot - then provide profiles - then show hands
Use info below to audition:
The Yeti emerges from the woods near a suburban home and walks toward a man grilling.
The Yeti is very nonchalant, he's a domesticated Yeti who is very human-like but does this to score free burgers. Sort of like how the monsters in Monsters Inc. pretend to be scary.
He hums to himself and makes himself a burger off the grill, sits at a table and swipes on his smart phone, bored.
