Some of the best fishing in the coastal bend is literally out the back door in Redfish Bay. This property is 10 minutes from the hub of downtown Rockport and its many special events, as well as only 10 minutes from the Port A ferry for playing on the beach. Tortuga Sunrise features a large master suite with a king sized bed and private bath as well as a deck overlooking the bay. The secondary bedrooms offer a queen bed in one room and a twin/full bunk bed and a queen sized bed in the other. The home sleeps 8 comfortably. The huge kitchen has loads of counter space that opens to the dining area making for easy entertaining. A cozy family room opens to the deck and is perfect for laid back visiting. The giant game/tv room downstairs can handle all the high energy fun. Tortuga Sunrise includes a large fenced yard leading to a private lighted pier with a boat lift, and fish cleaning stand. This is sure to be a draw, whether you like to fish under the lights, sit and watch the boats go by or enjoy keeping an eye out for porpoise, sea turtles, and the many varieties of water birds. So bring your kayak, binoculars, fishing gear or your favorite book and take a break from the hustle and bustle at Tortuga Sunrise. Escape for a weekend or maybe even longer!

Fishing wasn't great, the water is a little warm but we still got a nice red out at Yucca cut.
