All Members:

The regularly scheduled Board meeting on Thursday, April 2. has been cancelled. We look forward to seeing you all at the FCWA Annual Meeting that is scheduled for April 18th. Mark this day on your calendar and bring family and friends for a day of fun, food, and fellowship! Childrens' activities (fishing and BB gun tournaments) begin at 9:00am. Lunch will be served at approximately 12:00pm, followed by the election of officers and board members for the new Club year. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

BOARD APPROVED - CLUB POLICES CHANGES
At our March 5th 2026 Board of Directors Meeting several Club policy items were discussed and approved:

- Annual membership renewal packets and Club election ballots were reviewed and approved for mailing to the membership (members who are on the new monthly ACH plan need only complete the ballot portion and return)

- Effective immediately (March 6, 2026), hunting lease dues will be due on June 1 of each year

- Effective immediately (March 6, 2026), primitive camping reserved site dues will be due on July 1 of each year

- Effective immediately (March 6, 2026), exploding targets of any sort (Tannerite, Sonic Boom, etc.) ARE PROHIBITED on FCWA property

We hosted our GLD5 night shoot last night. To say impressive is an understatement. Some of our Unity Christian shooters joined us for a go at it. They were sure putting on a show!! Outstanding shooting folks. We have one more in the works this season. Call the pro shop for details.

Our February Tower Series is completed. A huge thank you to all our staff, volunteers, and sponsors for making it happen. From loading and unloading birds, cleaning birds, shuttling participants, preparing and serving meals, meeting and greeting guests, dog handlers, and everything in between. Thank you just is not enough.

We hope everyone enjoyed the experience and our best southern hospitality. Thank you for choosing Floyd County Wildlife for your outdoor activities.
