for up to 125. We can sleep 18 and there is a meeting room for training or scrap-booking types of gatherings. We serve a full breakfast to guests and work to accommodate special requests. History
Established in 1998. Midway between Austin a
nd Houston, Wellspring Retreat and Bed & Breakfast is located in Round Top, Texas, and 1830's German settlement. At the last census, the population numbered 90. Time moves slowly and gently here. There is no hustle of the big city life which makes this a distinctive place for a personal getaway. The B&B is secluded from but within walking distance of Round Top Square, and we are neighbors to World Class Festival Hill Music Institute, and in the center of the yearly Antique Festival. The Main House, the Art Barn Loft and a 1858 Railroad Depot are clustered among lovely gardens, a walking path and pond. The porches are filled with rockers for enjoying your morning coffee or counting stars at night. The rooms are delightfully furnished, including luxury bedding. The staff is experienced and able to accommodate special requests.
