This position is full time or multiple part time up to 5 days a week. Days and shifts will vary once trained. This person is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from booking to arrival and of course throughout their stay! Job duties include: Checking in and out, answering phones, ensuring guest safety at all times, being available and ready to help the guest arriving and booking, cash handling, stocking of sundry and breakfast area, keeping public bathrooms and lobby cleaned and maintained for our guests. This person needs to be able to handle customer complaints with empathy and compassion. This person needs to be responsible, self motivated and able to work as a team player! Benefits included!!!

Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities
A Housekeeper needs to clean the work area to the standards of their employer. This requires attention to detail, physical strength and the stamina to work long shifts. Here are examples of a Housekeeper’s duties:

- Undergo training per the hotel and brand standards
- Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
- Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor
- Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
