The Night Audit/Front Desk/Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering hospitality, creating value, welcoming every guest, and ensuring that every guest is satisfied. The Night Audit/Front Desk/Guest Service Agent is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the hotel and ensuring guest satisfaction.
As a front desk/guest service agent your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Responding to guest questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction 100% of the time
• Meet hotel service standards
• Answer guest questions, offer information and assistance
• Registration and departures of guests
• Assisting guests with reservations
• Communicating with other departments to fulfill guest needs
• Follow through on all guests requests and take ownership of opportunities that arise
• Cleaning front desk area, lobby, public restrooms, and breakfast area on a daily basis
• Backing up breakfast bar attendant in the event of a breakfast bar attendant call off or no show
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding of linen, terry and blankets
• Completing all tasks on as outlined on daily shift check off lists.
• Handling cash transactions and being responsible for cash drawer
• Delivering sheets, pillows, towels, and any other item guest may request from the front desk
