Southern Comfort is a hidden jewel in the Sierra Blanca Mountains just above the village of Ruidoso. Mid-town is literally 4 miles away and the local ski resort, Ski Apache, is 15 miles away. rovides all the modern conveniences for a comfortable stay and a large, flat driveway and two-car garage for your vehicle(s). An additional living area is located downstairs along with the second and third bedrooms, large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer (+ ironing board & iron) and a full size bath. The home also includes two fireplaces, one on each level, 5 flat-screen TVs and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. Wildlife will also afford you multiple viewing opportunities. Elk, deer and fox are often seen in both our neighborhood and in the canyon down below the house! In the summertime, the hummingbirds are abundant! Whether you are in Ruidoso for skiing, hiking, golfing, the horse races at Ruidoso Downs, the Casino at Inn of the Mountain Gods or visiting the multiple historical sites in the surrounding area, Southern Comfort is sure to make you feel "at home" during your visit to Ruidoso.
