Ruidoso Emergency Management has placed all Village evacuation zones under 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐎𝐧𝐞: 𝐁𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭. 𝟐𝟖 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭. 𝟑𝟎 due to flooding concerns from Hurricane Polo. A Flood Watch is in effect through Wednesday morning.

Flash flooding is possible Monday through Wednesday, especially in and below burned areas. Water can rise fast and block roads.
