Meet Josh — One of the Newest Members of Our Maintenance Team! 🔧🚜

Josh may be new to Silver Canoe, but he's already hard at work helping keep the campground running smoothly and looking great for our guests.

You'll often spot him around the campground tackling projects, lending a hand wherever needed, and learning the ropes from the rest of our crew. But when the workday is done, there's a good chance you'll find him down by the lake with a fishing pole in hand, trying to reel in the next big catch 🎣🐟

We're excited to have Josh as part of the Silver Canoe family and can't wait for campers to get to know him better throughout the season! 💙

If you see him around the campground, be sure to say hello—and don't forget to ask him what he's caught lately! 👋

From fishing stories to fish tales, plenty of memories have been made along our shoreline over the years. 🐟

We're taking a trip back to 2011 with this photo from what we believe may have been one of our very first "Anything That Floats" races! 🚣‍♂️🌊

Over the years, we've seen some pretty creative (and sometimes questionable 😆) floating masterpieces hit the water, but it all had to start somewhere.

Meet Larry — Our Lawn & Bathroom Maintenance Man! 🚜🧹

If you've ever noticed how clean the campground looks or walked into a spotless bathhouse, you can thank Larry! From mowing the lawns to keeping the bathrooms clean and tidy, he works hard behind the scenes to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Now, Larry does have a bit of a reputation around here... 😆

Around the campground, he's known as our resident zombie. Once he hops on the lawn mower, he gets completely locked in. You can wave, shout, or even do a little dance, and there's a good chance he won't notice! We're still not entirely convinced he's alive when he's mowing. 🧟‍♂️🚜

All jokes aside, we're lucky to have Larry helping keep Silver Canoe looking its best.
