→ Multiply by the fee jump to see your real number
→ Decide whether to mark up, absorb it or shift guests to other channels
→ Set a Vrbo channel markup in your PMS or pricing tool
→ Watch Vrbo conversion for 30 days after the change

Vrbo's new terms say your Vrbo rate can't be higher than your own website. If you mark up Vrbo, your direct rate needs to come up too.

Airbnb still carries the highest host fee at 15.5%, so your direct site stays the best deal for guests compared with Airbnb.
