Free ride to St Aug Beach from downtown.

Big news for La Fiesta guests! Getting to downtown St. Augustine is about to get a whole lot easier — and it’s free!

Beginning October 1st, the City of St. Augustine is expanding its free STAR Circulator to St. Augustine Beach, with a stop right at La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites. The new route connects the beach with downtown St. Augustine and the Visitor Information Center, with service approximately every 30 minutes.

And this isn’t just for Nights of Lights. The expanded route will operate daily, with grant funding secured through the end of 2029. Service runs from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

For our guests, that means leaving the car at La Fiesta, skipping the search for downtown parking, and enjoying a free ride into the heart of St. Augustine.
