Michigan prohibits ORVs on groomed snowmobile trails. Our rentals are limited to seasonal roads/ORV routes and our tracked-ride areas only at this time.

Quick update: 3/20/26

We have been working on the paper work for the health department.

We have the pizza shop lay out completed, going to start removing some of the equipment out of the food trailer that we will be using.

When we get the approval from the health department things should move very quickly.

This is as exciting as the food trailer!!!!! We can’t wait to get back to slinging DSP & Pasta!!!!!

Winter wonder land this weekend

When a chapter end’s a new chapter begins and with my book I’m closing a chapter in very exciting 8 years in the food trailer business. This next chapter will be spent in a Brick & Mortar at the motel slinging my Detroit Style Pizza with the sauce on top & made with attitude, along with pasta and salad’s and subs. BBQ will be worked in down the road.

Over the next few weeks we will be putting the trailer up for sale and I’ll be starting the paperwork for the pizza shop with the health department as soon as we finalize the layout. Selling the trailer will speed this transition up tremendously so spread the word about the trailer being for sale.

We will have consistent hours & menu along with pop & snacks. This Is very exciting and I feel the time is now and will better serve my needs to consistently serve the Best Pizza around.
