Rosedale Lodge

We have made a lot of progress in the past several months and are about ready to start renting rooms at the Rosedale Lodge. There are 7 bedrooms available and 3 bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen for those who want to be able to cook their own meals. I posted some more pictures of our progress and there will be more to come in the next couple of weeks.

Well we haven't moved along as quickly as hoped with renovations, but we are making progress. I added some new pictures to show what we have been up to. Over the winter and spring I have refinished some things and have posted some pictures for you to see. Duane has been super busy with his "day job", but has been able to get windows cut into the basement, concrete poured and walls set. The steps are almost built so we won't have to crawl in and out of the window anymore. In the upstairs we have been patching the hardwood floors to get ready for refinishing, and preparing to set the walls that are being moved. Still lots of work to do.... I will try to post updates more frequently in the future!

Welcome to Rosedale Lodge. I (Deb Snyder) and my brother Duane Simons are in the process of renovating a house in St. Lawrence, SD. We hope to have it available to rent late fall of 2015. Follow our progress here. We will continue to update with photos and more information.
