With a little prep work, your snowbirding adventure with your four-legged family member will be a trip you'll never forget. Check out our tips, plus 12 of our favorite cities for pet-friendly snowbirding!

Snowbirding might be the best thing we can do for our animals. One week, your pup carefully picks their way down an icy driveway; the next, they're stretching out on warm gravel, nose working, soaking up the sunshine, and getting lots of new sniffs! Sno...

Time for , campers!

A peaceful outdoor getaway with easy access to city life? You read that right. This KOA brings together the best of both worlds.

Located a short car ride across the river, this KOA is located close to the heart of one of North America’s most beautiful cities. In under 30 minutes, you can be walking along cobblestone paths, exploring 400+ year-old architecture, and sampling fantastic cuisine.

But after the hustle and bustle of the city, it's good to know you have a quiet, cozy escape to come back to. That's where this campground comes in. From their roomy, well-maintained sites, to the heated pool and hot tub, to kid-friendly amenities like a playground, jump pillow, and waterslide, every member of your camping crew can relax in their own way. Whether you're escaping the bustle of the city or using this as your basecamp for this historic area, all are welcome here.

Happy , campers!

This week, we're heading to the Hoosier State’s Land of 101 Lakes. This campground is a lakeside retreat, perfectly positioned off the longest road in the U.S. This is year-round camping at its finest, whether you're here to stay or just passing through.

The amenities list at this campground is long. Like, really long. We're talking four playgrounds, co****le, volleyball, and basketball. A pristine private sandy beach. A dock for fishing and boating. Even a fish cleaning station! You could easily spend your entire trip exploring what's available right onsite. And with hundreds of campsites to choose from, every type of camper finds their perfect spot. Pro tip: if you’re bringing your four-legged camper, be sure to check out this KOA’s Paw Pen Sites.

Need to venture off-property? The campground's namesake town is just 5 miles away. Plus, you're less than three hours from Chicago, Detroit, and Indianapolis, making this the ideal home base or convenient stopover for any road trip.

So... which KOA is this? Drop your best guess in the comments below! We'll reveal the answer tomorrow. Good luck!
