One of our all-time favorite moments at the campground ⛺️

We have a pair of bald eagles that live across the ridge line from Wilderness Cove. They do a daily patrol of the area. Tubers report the eagles diving into the water and grabbing a fish in front of them.

But for us, this is daily life out here at Wilderness Cove.
Happy to give them their space and enjoy their beauty from afar.

Steps from the river.
Near the bathhouse.

Up to 35ft rig or available for car camping and tent camping for those who need water and electric.

No septic, but ask the office for options for emptying tanks as you leave.

Our Riverfront area is a great spot to tire them out.

*Dog are on-leash in the campground, but plenty of off-leash spaces by the river.

As the cooler temps settle in,
our campers are enjoying hiking & fishing at the campground.

We went through three pots of good, strong coffee this morning to make sure campers were fueled for their outdoor adventures!

Spooked about Halloween plans?!
Let’s go camping!! 🏕️ 🎃 🔥

Leave the porch light off at home and head to Wilderness Cove Campground.

We’re hosting a kickback-style shindig. S’mores bar around the fire. 🔥 Scary movies on the porch. 👻 Board games, puzzles and an optional D&D one shot campaign. Oh, and a Retro Video Game tournament. 🎮
