Labor Day weekend has been very busy, and we are thankful for our campers & tubers having a blast by the river!

*Rare Holiday Weekend Find*
Our top RV site is available this weekend!

RV4 is a 30amp W/E site - privately wooded and near the bathhouse (state park style). We allow RVs (up to 35ft) and tent/car camping.

We are dog-friendly with the Green River as our front yard.
About 30min from Tryon, Lake Lure, Bradley Falls.
Tubing rolls out from our campground all weekend long (and Monday too!).

This site WILL book by the morning, so grab it now for last-minute summer camping!

Why are water shoes required at Wilderness Cove?

Nearly two years after Hurricane Helene, we’re still finding debris in the Green River.

That’s why water shoes are now required for tubing. Rentals and shoes for purchase are available on-site.

It’s the best way to make sure everyone can safely make memories by the river.

Come for the river, leave with lifelong friends. 💕

This group of ladies stopped by to try our Mini Cats. After getting off the river, they had popsicles on the porch, then a picnic.

We gave them fresh cuttings of our mojito mint plant, and they gave us brownies. We got to talking and these master gardeners are helping us plan our Spring garden.

As any southern goodbye, we all got hugs and then got to talking some more. An hour later, we finally just said “see you soon!” with a teary goodbye and promise of more good times ahead.

When we rebuilt Wilderness Cove, we built the campground with these moments on our mind, and we are so grateful to see memories being made again along the Green River.

Thank you ladies for reminding us,

The best part of tubing on the Green River are the views.
