October is Hatteras Island’s “big wind” season— the wind in Wind & Waves Bungalow. REAL Watersports kiteboarding camp is happening just up the road in Waves, Oct 13-15 and we have availability from Oct 12 - Nov 7. Unwind at our Salvo basecamp after a big day on the water—soak in the hot tub, settle in by the fire table, or crack a cold one at the tiki bar.

Hi! We’re Rob & Sharon, owners of Wind & Waves Bungalow. Beach days have always been a part of our story. I grew up spending every summer on the Carolina beaches, and Rob’s years living and working in Ocean City gave him a deep connection to coastal life. We both love the water— paddling, kayaking, and surfing are all part of the lifestyle we’re happiest in. We created Wind & Waves Bungalow for folks who feel most at home by the water—and we’d love to share it with you.
