The Mission of ILEA is to educate, advance and promote the special events industry and its network of professionals along with related industries.

Check out our Upcoming Events: https://linktr.ee/ileasatx Our brand values are a set of principles that we believe in – they define who we are, what we do and how we do it. They also help us to craft what we say and how we say. Each of our values are communicated internally throughout the organization and carefully explained. We tell people what our values mean to them and how they can share them. Our core values are:

Creativity – This means going “outside the box,” taking risks and thinking bigger than you have before to produce truly outstanding results. Inspiration – It is our hope that you remain inspired by fellow ILEA members and the industry as a whole, and that this inspiration is reflected in your work. Teamwork – You are only as strong as your weakest team member, but we see this as an opportunity to curate a strong team and push your team members to reach their full potential. Education – Our industry is fluid. To remain competitive, you need to be fully aware of the latest trends – all the time. It is our goal to make that as easy as possible. Relationships – No matter where you are in your career, the relationships you create and maintain are invaluable. We hope to help you get the most out of your relationships, and maybe even form a few new ones. You can learn more at our local site at http://www.ileasanantonio.com/ or https://linktr.ee/ileasatx

Behind the Events: Hispanic Voices of ILEA

This Hispanic Heritage Month, ILEA San Antonio is celebrating the stories, cultures, and incredible professionals who help shape our live events community.

Behind the beautiful celebrations, unforgettable experiences, creative concepts, flawless productions, and moments that bring people together are individuals whose own stories have helped shape the way they create.

Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, we're turning the spotlight toward the Hispanic voices within our ILEA family.

We'll hear from our members about culture, family, traditions, entrepreneurship, their professional journeys, and the experiences that have influenced who they are—both personally and professionally.

This series is about more than recognizing heritage. It's about recognizing the people, perspectives, talent, creativity, and impact that help make our industry what it is.

Because behind every event is a person.
Behind every person is a story.
