Suite Holiday is officially bookable: decked-out suites, a cozy welcome amenity, waived parking, and the ocean right outside your window.

Every suite also comes with a separate living area and a kitchenette, equipped with an in-room refrigerator, a 1-burner stove, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Think slow holiday mornings with fresh coffee and leftovers from your favorite PB spot waiting in the fridge.

Refills are half off throughout the stay, so the fun lasts long after check-in.

Somewhere between the roller coaster and the pumpkin spice latte, fall has officially arrived in PB. 🎃🎢

Belmont Park's Beachside Fall Fest brings live music, seasonal treats, and free rides for kids all October with an adult wristband. Don't miss free trick-or-treating every Sunday, plus the Trunk-or-Treat Car Show on 10/26.

It's just a quick bike ride down the boardwalk, and OPI guests get discounted tickets right at our front desk, so grab a costume and make a day of it.
