How do you make a design feel “full” but not overdone?

Heading into a colder season, I am brought back to this gold and white design from Krista and Will’s Palace Hotel wedding. This matched the grandeur of their venue perfectly. And one thing that made this design feel especially full was the mix of textures. Candles of different heights and shapes in the tablescape. Chandeliers complemented by the tall florals at just the right table placements. Glass and gold as a theme woven throughout all of it. And my favorite touch is the golden rim on the chairs to match the golden rim on the tableware.
