"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Located in Japantown near a boutique shopping strip with restaurants on Fillmore. On two bus lines, so easy to get around town. Safe walking area, even at night. The hotel staff is especially welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean overlooking the courtyard where the hotel provides outdoor games and sitting areas around fire pits. We especially like the complimentary coffee service in the morning and social hour w**e service. We will definitely return!"
