We recently spent the afternoon with Jose as he filmed an episode for his YouTube channel, gathering inspiration for his own future tiny-house retreat project.

We’re just 4 miles from Cal State San Marcos—ideal for visiting parents, faculty, or alumni—15 miles from the Escondido wineries, and only 20 minutes from the coast and local beaches.
