Join us for ImpulSation, May 15 - 17, 2026, for a transformative experience of self-discovery and connection. Our intention is to create a nurturing environment for renewal and recalibration through a curated sequence of experiences that foster awareness, acceptance, and presence. By engaging with breath, movement, music, and guided exercises, you'll explore your relationship with life and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself. A suggested donation of $15-$30 can be made via cash or Venmo to Lisa (https://venmo.com/u/Wellwithin8). Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable attire, arriving with an open mind and heart. For optimal benefits, we recommend a substance-free experience. The ceremony, themed around Effortless Flow, will take place on May 16 from 12-2 pm in the club at area 69. This series aims to honor individual wellness and promote collective healing, one ceremony at a time. Future events are scheduled, including the next gathering on May 30th. Lisa, an experienced facilitator since 2014 and former youth ministry leader, will guide you through these embodiment and connection experiences.
