❤️ Why We Bought Sanddollar C201 — The Memories Are Waiting for You 🌴
When Susan and I first stood on a Sanibel beach and watched the sun disappear into the Gulf, we had no idea how much this island would come to mean to us.
We were two reluctant Wisconsin snowbirds looking for sunshine.
Instead, we found a place that stole our hearts.
It was the morning coffee overlooking the water. The long walks searching for shells. The dolphins appearing when we least expected them. The spectacular sunsets that made us stop whatever we were doing just to watch.
And it was the feeling that, for a little while, the rest of the world could wait.
That's why we bought Sanddollar C201.
Then Hurricane Ian tested everything we loved about Sanibel. We saw the destruction, the heartbreak, and the long road back. But we also witnessed the incredible spirit of the people who refused to give up on this island.
Today, C201 has been rebuilt and renewed, and we're grateful that we can share our little piece of paradise with others.
Over the past several weeks, so many of you have responded to our stories. You've shared your Sanibel memories, told us how much you miss the island, and asked about staying at C201.
Every message reminds us why we chose to share our condo in the first place.
