Today was amazing. I had the opportunity to connect with incredible leaders, build new relationships, and gain fresh perspectives. Days like today remind me that growth happens when you step into the right rooms and surround yourself with the right people.

The first step to providing great customer service is empathy. When we take the time to understand a guest’s perspective, listen to their concerns, and show genuine care, we create experiences that leave a lasting impression. People may forget what you said, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel.
