Subject: Upcoming Landscaping Project Notice

Dear Owners and Guests,

We would like to inform you that a landscaping project is scheduled to begin in May, with an estimated completion during the week of May 9th.

While every effort will be made to minimize disruption, please note that there may be times when portions of the pool and surrounding areas are temporarily closed while work is in progress. Access will be restored as soon as it is safe to do so.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as these improvements are completed to enhance the property for all to enjoy.
