30 amp or 50 amp... what's actually the difference!? ⚡If you're newer to RVing, you've probably seen both options when booking a campsite without really knowing why it matters.

The simple version: a 30-amp RV connection provides up to about 3,600 watts, while a 50-amp RV connection can provide up to about 12,000 watts. That extra capacity is why you'll commonly see 50-amp service on larger RVs running multiple AC units and appliances.

Not sure which one you have? Take a look at your RV's power plug. A 30-amp plug has 3 prongs, while a 50-amp plug has 4.

And when you're booking a site, always make sure the electrical service matches what your RV needs!

Stone Creek RV Park is tucked just off the I-35 access road in Schertz, right between San Antonio and New Braunfels. You’re close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and everything you need, but once you pull into the park, it genuinely feels like you’ve left all of that behind.

Hi, I’m Jaeley! I work in the front office, live here at the park, and, as some of our residents have probably figured out by now, I’m also the person behind all of our social media. So, I guess it only makes sense that I introduce myself first?!

After 6 months at Stone Creek, my favorite part is easily the community, hearing stories from people who’ve traveled all over, and getting to know everyone...more importantly, their dogs!

Back-to-school season has officially arrived at Stone Creek! The park is a little quieter during the day, and we know there are at least a few parents out there making the most of it! 😆

One of parents’ favorite things about Stone Creek is having a place to call home that works for the whole family, with a playground and family pool for the kids to enjoy with adult supervision, while still giving the grown-ups plenty of ways to enjoy a little downtime too. (Hello, adult-only pool & jacuzzi!)

Here’s to a great school year and maybe a little extra time to yourself. You earned it!

Every family-owned business needs good management...ours just happens to have four paws! 🐾

Meet Pepe, Stone Creek’s Office Manager! He was found here as a stray kitten and has been running the place ever since! 😂 From sorting mail and checking inventory, to answering phones and supervising our employees, he keeps a close eye on everything around here.

Some say he mostly naps... We call it delegating!
