20 years ago this week we bought 401 Jefferson Avenue and had dreams of what this building could be. Thank goodness we didn't know what we did not not know! Two years later in 2008 after a $1.5 million renovation we opened as The Colonnade event space. In 2009 we added 3 suites for overnight accommodations and in 2010 made the third floor our home!
Thank you to all who believed and supported this property in downtown Scranton and Paul and Joshua! The Colonnade
