Join us for an immersive sound healing experience guided by Deborah Johnsen, longtime yoga teacher, sound healer, and wellness guide for The Sea Ranch community. Since 2000, Deborah has led yoga classes and explored many paths of wellness. She weaves together yogic wisdom, meditation, and the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls to create a restorative journey for body, mind, and spirit.

Through the soothing resonance of these sacred instruments, you will be invited into a state of deep relaxation, balance, and renewal. Each session is more than a personal practice. It is an opportunity to rest, receive, and connect more deeply with yourself and the community around you.
