Established in 1993, Castaway Lodge is recognized in Texas and nationally as one of the top fishing and waterfowl hunting destinations. From saltwater fishing for trout and redfish to duck, goose, and alligator hunting, we have it all. Through Southern hospitality and an easygoing atmosphere, we’ve created a well-appointed facility for guests to enjoy the great outdoors on the Texas Coast. Besides the bayou frontage, there are also large greenbelt areas bordering the property which are well over an acre; giving our guests plenty of relaxation area and miles of kayak trail with access to the bay.

Justin Taylor and his group headed out with Capt. Chris Cady and Capt. Braden Proctor, and both boats got on the fish fast. It was a great morning on the bay, with both captains putting their groups on fish and delivering the kind of trip the Taylor crew came down for.
