A lesson we learned early on as an Airbnb host is that guests want to stay at an amazing place but also have a memorable experience! Our success as a host comes from our passion and commitment to hospitality and going above and beyond for our guests. It requires attention to detail, high expectations for cleanliness, and putting ourselves in our guest shoes when it comes to amenities. We ask ourselves…what would our guests expect when they stay at our Airbnb?
Here’s some of the ways we do this:
✅ Digitalized Welcome Book - All the house info, check in / out instructions, things to do around town, and recommendations for food are all organized in one place. Guests get this before they check in to help plan a better stay!
✅ Beach Amenities - we are a block to the beach! We have all the amenities needed, so our guests do not have to travel with them! Such a lifesaver!
✅ Baby Items - we want the “littles” to have just as a good time as the adults. Also those things can be bulky to travel with so we make sure we have a pack n’ play, high chair, and stroller.
✅ Bikes - what is a beach vacation without bikes? We have a selection of adult and children’s bikes for our guests to use.
✅ Starter Kit - we provide a kit of basic essentials to get you started - dish soap, laundry detergent, dish washer pods, sponges, and shampoo/conditioner. Plus a personalized gift for your stay 🫶
