Just over here sorting through so many new flowers, for the busy season ahead. More are on their way, including Bells of Ireland, calla lilies, the most amazing Real Touch hanging amaranthus, and some stunning new garden rose varieties that are more realistic than any I’ve seen since starting Young Vine in 2023.

Hey! You don’t need all your ducks in a row before booking with Young Vine. If you love our aesthetic, you can reserve the date first, and we can get started on designing when you’re ready. Planning timelines can be a little shorter when you’re working with an artificial floral specialist like me! Your color palette, centerpiece quantity, arch or ceremony backdrop preference, candle rentals and other styling elements, and many other choices can ALL be finalized a few months (or even a few weeks!) before your wedding. Usually it takes a simple and fun video call (or two) to wrap everything up. Your budget and vision are our main guide, and all your florals will be tailored to fit.

Currently taking bookings for remaining dates in August-December 2026, and our calendar for 2027 is open and accepting bookings as well! DM for more or contact me via the form on our site, link in bio.

We hear this a lot. Our couples’ LEAST favourite part about wedding planning is filling out what feels like dozens of online forms, only to receive quotes wildly out of their budget.

🌱 rental ceremony arch: $1,300-$2,300
🌱 large ground arrangements: $200-$350
🌱 boutonnières: $13.50-$28

An absolutely glorious day at Thornewood Castle for Emily and Tim, featuring our Callan floral pillars (customized with pops of peach and butter yellow) to frame the ceremony and capture their “Victorian garden party” vibe. The rain that threatened all day stayed away for the ceremony, and it was just magical to see Emily float down the aisle in her stunning ballgown!

The Callan pillars are part of our rentals collection and are available to book directly on our website. They can be customized with (almost) any accent colors of your choice. Or, if you’re looking for a completely custom design for your wedding arch or any other event florals, drop us a note!

✨ This is specifically for custom (unique-to-you) designs! Bespoke work takes into account your particular wish list and mood board, along with your color palette, venue style, and of course your budget. Thus guide is intended to help with planning, but we do offer in-person consultations as well as video chats to help you explore your options further and obtain a specific quote.

✨ Of course if you are looking for our existing rental collections, all those gorgeous pieces are already on our site and ready to rent right this minute (even at short notice).

✨ For fully custom designs, anything is possible — we just ask for at least 3 months of lead time, at a minimum!

Young Vine Rentals will continue to offer our gorgeous inventory of pre-designed arches, aisle meadows, centerpieces and other event florals, all of which can be rented online with ease via our rentals site.

YOUNG VINE DESIGN is our newest venture: a floral design studio based in West Seattle, producing fully custom pieces JUST for you. Each piece we create through YVD will be rented just once before being disassembled, and the stems and mechanics will return to our loose stock for complete repurposing each time. You will still save THOUSANDS of dollars on your wedding florals by choosing us, and significantly reduce waste. But with YVD, the florals you receive will be entirely UNIQUE to you and your event, and won’t be rented out as-is to any other clients. Anything in your imagination can be brought to life through Young Vine Design, including hanging installations, ground arches, ikebana centerpieces, floral swags or climbing blooms & greenery for tents / gazebos / walls, and more.

We spoke to HUNDREDS of couples at Seattle Wedding Show last weekend, which was incredibly exciting and confirms that there’s great demand for locally designed, premium-quality artificial florals for weddings. It was our 3rd Seattle Wedding Show in a row for Young Vine, and personally was so heartening to note the increase in awareness about sustainability in the events industry compared to previous years. As someone with a graduate degree in Environmental Policy (and a former career in healthcare), it’s a topic I’m deeply passionate about and will continue to advocate for. Rented, re-used, and creatively repurposed event decor is part of the circular economy that can address so many of the issues we face in this industry, particularly regarding affordability and sustainability.

Young Vine Rentals is our first “baby” who grew up so quickly and has allowed us to serve SO many glorious events and marvelous couples over the past three years. It will keep going just that! I reckon Young Vine Design will grow up just as quickly, based on how many of you were seeking out exactly this kind of service during our chats last weekend. 🌱💚🌱
