Something special is coming…🩵

Investing in this community means a lot to us. Over the past month, we’ve poured our hearts into this 125-year-old property and turning it into something that reflects the character, history, and hospitality of the town we love.

Huber House — originally built in 1900 — is being transformed into a short-term rental designed for gathering and making memories. Whether guests are visiting for softball tournaments, TLU, lake weekends, or family events, we wanted to create a place that feels welcoming, comfortable, and uniquely Seguin.

Located just minutes from Texas Lutheran University, Seguin High School, Navarro High School, Lake Placid, and Lake McQueeney, Huber House will sleep up to 10 guests and features a property filled with charm — including 10 different kinds of fruit trees! 🌳🍐🍑

We still have a few weeks left of painting, furnishing, landscaping, and finishing touches, but we are getting close and couldn’t wait any longer to share a sneak peek.
