Your bio has 3 seconds to earn a follow. Here's what it needs to say.

Most short-term rental brands are wasting that window. Don't be one of them.

10 things every Airbnb host should do before starting their social media 😊

1. Email me.
2. I'll take care of the other 9.

You can be the person who negotiated the deal, ran the numbers twice, and knows your business better than anyone in the room. And still lie awake wondering if you're actually doing this right.

Both are true. Usually in the same hour.

Confidence doesn't mean the doubt disappears, it means you keep making decisions anyway. Tag a business owner who needs to hear this today 🀎

"What do you make as a social media manager?"

More direct bookings
More family vacations
More memories
More freedom for business owners
More time doing what they love

At Match Point Socials, we manage social media for short-term rental owners. We build content strategies, write captions, film and edit reels, and show up consistently so our clients don't have to think about it.

And honestly? We love every second of it 😊

There is nothing better than watching a stunning property finally get the online presence it deserves, and knowing the work we do is helping real people build real businesses.

You booked the shoot. You paid the deposit. And the files are still sitting in a drive somewhere, unopened... πŸ“Έ

I hear this from photographers and videographers all the time. They create stunning content, and it never sees the light of day beyond the listing. It happens almost every time. Gorgeous property, stunning content, and no plan for what comes next πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

You're not lazy and you're not bad at social media. You're running a business, and content falls to the bottom of the list. That's normal!

Here's the good news: you don't have to be the one who edits it, figures out what's trending, and posts it every week. That's what we do 🫢🏼

Comment SPRINT and I'll show you how Match Point Socials turns your Google Drive of unused photos and videos into 15 ready to post pieces of content in the next 10 days. Limited spots available! ✨

Most Airbnb investors post whatever feels right. The ones getting direct booking DMs post with a system.

Steal the exact content ratio we use for every STR brand we manage.

Grab the free guide 'Why Your STR Calendar Isn't Full (and it has nothing to do with Airbnb)' to see how your current content stacks up. Link in bio ✨

Some weeks I'm looking at the numbers thinking "we built something real here."

Other weeks I'm staring at a slow stretch wondering if I actually know what I'm doing at all.

I used to think the second feeling meant I was off track. Now I know it just means I'm still building something that matters.

Both weeks are part of the same story. Both are true. Neither one is the whole picture 🀎

Hills I would absolutely die on as a social media manager for short-term rental brands πŸ˜…

Follower count means nothing if your calendar is empty.

I don't care if you have 10K followers. If you're still refreshing Airbnb waiting for a booking to come in, the number on your profile isn't the win you think it is. Bookings are the metric. Everything else is noise.

Posting more is not the answer. Posting better is.

Three strategic posts that speak directly to your ideal guest will outperform 30 generic ones every single time. Volume without intention is just busywork with a filter on it.

"Boost this post" is not a marketing plan.

It's a shortcut that costs you money and teaches you nothing about your brand. If your content isn't working organically, throwing $20 behind it isn't going to fix the real problem.

Your Airbnb listing and your brand are not the same thing. One is a transaction. The other is a relationship.

Your listing gets you found on Airbnb. Your brand gets guests coming back, referring friends, and booking directly. One makes you dependent. The other makes you competitive.

The market is not the problem. Your visibility is.

Other STR owners in your market are getting booked. The difference isn't pricing or location. It's that they built something guests can actually find and connect with before they ever hit "reserve."

If any of these hit a little too close to home, our free guide is a good place to start. Comment GUIDE to get it straight to your inbox πŸ‘Œ

It is never the big decisions that wear you out. It is the pricing tweak, the direct message you reread twice before sending, the email you keep refreshing to check on. Nobody sees that list. They just see the "put together" version of your brand.

Save this for the next time you feel behind. You are not behind, you are just carrying more than anyone else can see 🀎

One day someone's going to tell you to hire Match Point Socials to grow your direct bookings.

Do yourself a favor and listen to them.

Your property already earns its keep. Your brand should too πŸ€—
