To everyone who has been part of the Star Gazer Glamping family —
On May 28th, the property you know and love was hit by catastrophic flooding. In a matter of hours, the tiny house, the base camp, and the structures that made this place what it was were gone.
Karen and Scott are not waiting for someone else to fix it. They are out there themselves — alongside neighbors and local professionals donating their time and equipment — doing the hard work of cleanup and demolition. Because no disaster declaration was issued for this flood, there is no state or federal grant assistance available. Not from FEMA. Not from Tennessee. The cost falls entirely on them.
