We’re firing up the smoker and bringing you some hickory-smoked goodness today at Dilles! 🤤🔥

🐷 HICKORY-SMOKED PULLED PORK — $10

We slow-smoked a pork shoulder for 8 hours over hickory wood, then hand-pulled it to perfection! Piled high on a soft honey bun, topped with creamy coleslaw and drizzled with our sweet house-made BBQ sauce. Now THAT’S comfort food! 🤌🔥
We got plenty of napkins for this one.

We have a lovely lady staying in one of our rooms who got up at 4 AM to show us how they make their biscuits back home in Reedy, West Virginia. Now THAT’S dedication! 🙌
