Welcome to our beautiful park, where you can relax and enjoy all Lubbock, TX has to offer, without the hustle & bustle, noise, and traffic associated with staying in other similar Lubbock RV parks. We offer a range of accommodations to suit your needs including RV sites, and mobile homes sites. Our RV sites are available for both overnight and seasonal rentals. We have a variety of site options to

choose from, including back-in sites with full hookups for water, sewer, and electricity. Our RV sites are available to suit all different sizes of rigs, so you can bring your motorhome, travel trailer, or fifth wheel and feel right at home.

This drought and heat has been so rough on our poor grass. Many of our RV lots were down to the dust. Thankfully, we talked to Bravo Xteriors and they got a plan in place to make it pretty again! We can't wait to see the results!

Hey, there! Have you ever considered mobile home living? We have lots available so let me tell you what's in it for you!

- City utilities. This means you don't have to work about the cost/maintenance of a water well or septic system .
- A thriving local community. Did you know that Shallowater has a grocery store, a coffee shop, pharmacy, clinic and boutiques? All are locally owned so you can see exactly where your money is going and know who you are supporting.
- Excellent schools. Shallowater schools are extremely invested in their students. There are tons of extra curricular activities and after-school programs to support your kiddos. Did I mention the bus stops at the front of the property?
- Move in special. If you move your home into our park, we will cover the cost of skirting and set up saving you at least $2,500.
- A nice, quiet neighborhood that won't break the bank. Everything is so expensive! Our lot rent is one of the lowest in the area, so you don't have to sacrifice your bank account for a safe, nice place to live.
